BIPOC Yoga Class

Join Shirley Brown for a BIPOC yoga class on the 2nd Friday of each month.

This is an opportunity for bodies of color to feel, relate and connect with self and others. We will settle and ground our bodies, breathe, mindfully move and just be.

All-levels of experience are welcome to join this simple flow class.

One Friday per month at 6-7pm.
