Author Mary Roach will be giving a virtual presentation on her book Fuzz, When Nature Breaks the Law.
What’s to be done about a jaywalking moose? A bear caught breaking and entering? A murderous tree? Three hundred years ago, animals that broke the law would be assigned legal representation and put on trial. On Wednesday, October 8 at 6pm, author Mary Roach is hosting a virtual talk on her book, Fuzz: When Nature Breaks the Law.
For anyone who has listened to the audiobook, Mary has a dry wit and humor coupled with her investigative prowess into different areas of the world where the interaction of humans and animals can be sometimes troubling or downright deadly. Who's to blame? Fuzz explores that question of animal versus human (but wait, aren't humans animals as well?)

Mary Roach is the author of seven New York Times bestsellers, including STIFF: The Curious Lives of Human Cadavers; GULP: Adventures on the Alimentary Canal, and PACKING FOR MARS: The Curious Science of Life in the Void, and her new book FUZZ: When Nature Breaks the Law.
