Sunday Rest Sessions - 90 Minutes of Restorative Yoga

In partnership with Harbour House and their community outreach program, I'm offering 90-minute, deeply restorative yoga sessions every month, with dedicated spaces for low-income, social prescribing individuals.

Sessions are open to everyone, with no prior experience needed.
Your support means we’re able to continue offering vital spaces to those in need.

Rest should not be a luxury.

First sessions: Sunday, September 21st, 5:30-7pm
£18 per person
