Salado UMC Christmas Cantata

Sunday, December 14 | One Service at 10:00 A.M.

The Salado UMC Chancel Choir is excited to present "Glory to the Newborn King." The choir will be joined by a Central Texas chamber orchestra composed of teachers, private lesson instructors, and other local musicians.

"Glory to the Newborn King" helps us explore the true light of Christmas through thoughtful narrations, ageless carols, and inspired original compositions. Two narrators weave the Christmas story between eight anthems ranging from celebratory to contemplative. Hear the good news this Christmas that God comes when we least expect it, in the most unlikely of ways, to a most undeserving people.
