～エクスタティック・ダンスとアルケミー（錬金術）の融合～
ムーブメント・メディスンは、古代の叡智と現代のダンス表現を融合した身体を通じた実践です。このワークでは、湧き起こる喜びや悲しみを通して、自分の人生をより大きな視点から見つめ直す“エクスタシス”の体験へと導きます。
踊ることで、自分の感覚と深くつながり、目には見えない想像的な世界の扉を開き、 自分の人生の意味、そしてガイダンスをもたらします。この 3 日間のダンスの旅では、祖先たちと共に踊る時間もあります。なぜ多くの先住民族が、「祖先との良い関係性」を人生の礎として大切にしてきたのか、その深い理由を身体と心で学ぶ機会となるでしょう。
このワークでは、以下のような体験があなたを待っています：
◎身体・心・マインドという三位一体の叡智と親密につながったダンスの実践
◎ エクスタティック・ダンスの豊かな起源と歴史に触れ、その癒し・繋がり・変容の力を再発見
◎自己への気づきを育み、本質的な自分と、空間や人との関係性を深める
◎大地・火・水・風——自然界の４つのエレメントとの本来的なつながりを呼び覚まし、人生の流れと調和して踊る力を養う
◎祖先の叡智との対話と大地に根ざしたエクスタシスに導かれる、セレモニー
セレモニー後、じっくりと統合（インテグレーション）する時間をもちます。そうすることで 3 日間の旅で得た知恵や気づきを、日常という肥沃な土壌に根づかせていきます。

”エクスタシス”
それは古代から現代まで、時代や文化を超えて、人々が体験してきた特別な意識。自分の外に立ち、 日常の無意識的な生き方から一歩離れ、 人生の全体像を広い視野で見直すことができます。ある時は喜びの中に、またある時は悲しみの中に現れ、人生に流れる深い意味や物語を思い出させてくれます。 このプロセスを通して、自分の人生の意味と導きを受け取ることができるのです。

《ヤコブ・ダーリングカン 》
ムーブメント・メディスン創始者／シャーマン／作家
ヤコブ・ダーリングカンは、現代的かつシャーマニックなボディ・ワーク「ムーブメント・メディスン（Movement Medicine）」の創始者であり、 30 年以上にわたり世界各地で教え、実践してきた現代シャーマンです。21 歳のとき雷に打たれるという劇的な体験を経て、幼少期に感じていたシャーマンとしての資質と向き合い始めました。その後、北欧のサーミ族のエルダー・シャーマンや、アマゾンのアチュアル族・サパラ族といった伝統的な先住民たちからも認められ、真の実践者・ヒーラーとしての道を深めていきました。
2007 年、妻スザナと共に「ムーブメント・メディスン」を創始。身体と心、魂の統合を促すこの手法は、現代人にとってアクセスしやすく、かつ深い癒しと変容をもたらすものとして国際的に高い評価を受けています。ヤコブの教えは、彼のハートからまっすぐに伝えられ、深い気づきとユーモアに満ちており、人々が「本来の自分自身」を思い出し、自らの力と創造性に目覚めるようインスパイアします。

~ Fusion of Ecstatic Dance & Alchemy ~
Movement Medicine is a body-based practice weaving ancient wisdom with modern dance expression.This workshop invites you into Ecstasis —a state of deep self-reflection sparked through joy and sorrow. Through dance, you’ll reconnect with your senses, open doors to unseen realms, and receive guidance and meaning for your life. Over the course of three days, we will also dance with our ancestors, offering an embodied understanding of why many indigenous cultures have honored ancestral connection as foundational.

• Embodied dance practices deeply connecting body, heart, and mind
• Immersion in the rich origins and history of ecstatic dance, rediscovering its power to heal, connect, and transform
• Cultivation of self-awareness and deeper relational presence in space and community
• Reawakening your elemental capacities—Earth, Fire, Water, Air—and learning to dance in harmony with the flow of life
• Ceremonies rooted in the wisdom of the ancestors and the earth, followed by integration time to ground the insights and wisdom gained during the journey

Ecstasis is a special state of expanded consciousness experienced across cultures and ages. It allows us to step outside of our habitual, unconscious ways of living and see our lives with new clarity. Appearing in joy or grief, it reminds us of the deep meanings and stories flowing through our lives—and opens the way to fresh inspiration and guidance.

≪About Ya’Acov Darling Khan≫
Founder of Movement Medicine / Shaman / Author / Healer
Ya’Acov Darling Khan is a modern shaman and co-founder of Movement Medicine, a powerful somatic practice merging shamanic wisdom with contemporary therapeutic and movement modalities. After a life-changing lightning strike at 21, he trained with indigenous elders—including Nordic Sámi and Amazonian Achuar and Sápara—and deepened his journey as a healer and practitioner. In 2007, he and his wife Susannah founded Movement
Medicine. Their work has since gained global recognition for its healing depth, transformative power, and accessibility.
Ya’Acov’s teaching is direct, heart-centered, insightful, and infused with humor—awakening people to their true selves, creativity, and inner strength.
