Lucid Dreaming Retreat

Date: Arrival 28th October evening / Departure 02nd November after breakfast

Programm itself: whole days from 29th October - 1st November 2025

Location: Centre Shambhala Dechen Chöling, FRANCE

The retreat will include everything you need to learn how to lucid dream and to wake up to your fullest potential. We’ll combine a 12-hour daily schedule with optional night-time practices to create the best possible conditions for having lucid dreams.

We will explore:

• How to lucid dream
• The benefits of lucid dreaming
• Dream planning for the nocturnal practice
• Mindfulness exercises and Yoga Nidra

The retreat includes teachings on the history, science, and practice of lucid dreaming, instructions on different techniques, and practical guidance on learning how to lucid dream.

I am a seasoned trainer, facilitator, and coach with a background in transactional analysis. Next to over eight years of passion and experience in lucid dreaming, I have completed Charlie Morley's 100-hour Lucid Dreaming Facilitator program.
