Facilitated by: Ally Scott, RECE, Strive Manager, and Kathy Harris, RECE
No one knows your environment and the way children move through the space better than you. This session invites educators to pause, reflect, and critically examine their learning spaces to ensure they are intentional, inclusive, and aligned with pedagogical values.
Together, we will explore key questions that spark meaningful conversations about the physical and emotional environment we offer children. Through a lens that considers the child, the family, the educator, and our guiding documents, we will investigate the elements that contribute to a responsive and thoughtful environment.
This workshop will support you in:
- Engaging in reflective dialogue about your current space
- Identifying ways to align your environment with your educational values
- Considering diverse perspectives, including those of children and families
- Exploring how intentional design choices support children's learning and well-being
If you are ready to reimagine your space with purpose and care—this session is for you.
