About the event

Preserving Granola
On Wednesday October 8th, learn to make the perfect granola mix and preserve it safely in jars. Chef Rebecca will have a variety of supplies for mixing your favorites, as well as some granola treats!
Class is $15 per person and each participant will get to take home a jar of what they make.
Class takes place at the St Stephen Community Canning Kitchen, in the History & Archives room, across the field from the Farmer's Market.
