HartYoga - Mantras and Mudras

This HartYoga class series is open to the public and suitable for all levels and ages. Each class is independent as we explore a different Mantra ( Sanskrit chant) and Mudra ( Hand or body seal). These critical elements of the origins of Yoga are often undervalued and ignored. Explore the power of the Mantra and Mudras. Each class is $15cash/check/Venmo. HartYoga class passes are available!
