Movement Liberation - Dance Improv: Snake Medicine

Like to move & dance consciously with the purpose of healing, self-expression, embodiment, & fun?

Then, my event may be up your alley. I'm hosting "Movement Liberation" this Saturday from 5-7 PM in St. Pete. Think of Ecstatic Dance meets 5 Rhythms meets Journey Dance meets Authentic Movement. There will be an introductory connection circle, plenty of time to move & dance in a journey arc, & a closing connection circle. The theme this time will be "Snake", which is all about transformation & shedding the old. If this appeals to you, I welcome you to join me for this Shamanic movement experience.
