Fascia Frequency Fusion

Come as you are!

We begin with some fascial exercises to move and process emotions stored in the body. The second half of the session focuses on grounding and relaxing to receive healing frequencies, allowing the body to recalibrate as needed. Throughout the session we will have moments of connecting with each other.

What you'll need:
comfortable clothing
water bottle
yoga mat or blanket for the sound bath portion
anything else that will help you feel at ease (incense, crystals, blanket, pillow, eye mask)
