✨ We begin with a contact dance workshop guided by Jake @sillysundries & Alika @frequency_alika — awakening the body, exploring authentic movement, and creating the kind of connection that opens the floor to deeper trust and flow.



3:00 PM

❤️ Cacao activation led by Ananda Embodied — sacred cacao medicine to soften the heart, ground our presence, and anchor intention for the journey ahead.



Then we dance.

💙 An ecstatic, bass-forward experience curated by Stilla @stillamusic — weaving hypnotic low-end, lush melodies, and immersive soundscapes that transport you into otherworldly realms. Ecstatic. Ethereal. Embodied.

🌿 We close with a moment of stillness, breath, and integration.
