โจ We begin with a contact dance workshop guided by Jake @sillysundries & Alika @frequency_alika โ awakening the body, exploring authentic movement, and creating the kind of connection that opens the floor to deeper trust and flow.

โค๏ธ Cacao activation led by Ananda Embodied โ sacred cacao medicine to soften the heart, ground our presence, and anchor intention for the journey ahead.
Then we dance.
