𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗗𝗨𝗔𝗟 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗘𝗧𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡: 3 deadlift attempts with a pound for pound male and female winner (age coefficient factored in)
𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗧𝗘𝗔𝗠 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗘𝗧𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡: the 5 highest Wilks score summed will win a special travelling Deadlift for Dogs Trophy 🏆 to display for the year!
