Restorative Immersion: Nurturing the Nervous System

Join us for a restorative workshop designed to nurture and support your nervous system. This workshop will explore various techniques aimed at calming the body and mind, promoting relaxation, and enhancing overall well-being. What Level: Beginners will learn how to develop a safe and sustained practice, and experienced practitioners and teachers will learn the true fundamentals and depth of each practice.
