Held by the warm and soothing embrace of candlelight, I welcome you join me in this sensual yoga flow.

In this practice we will turn inwards, breathe, connect and tune into how we experience sensations in our bodies. The movements are slow, intuitive, intentional and sensual, moving in a way that feels good in our bodies.

This sacred space offers an invitation to liberate our bodies and souls, express ourselves freely and gift our bodies some much needed loving touch - a celebration of our bodies and our feminine energy, and a call to awaken the goddess within each of us.
