The Symphony of the Mountains Percussion Quartet will perform at Lyric Theater in St. Paul on Tuesday, Oct. 28th at 7 p.m. in conjunction with our 49th season and the W. You’ll hear the upbeat melody of Watercolor Sun by Ivan Trevino, drumming and tunes in Second Thoughts by Evan Chapman, and the intense, driving rhythms of Spiderweb Lead by Adam Silverman. The program also includes pieces by Steve Reich, Emma O’Halloran, and Anders Åstrand that explore sound in surprising and beautiful ways.
