Our new post-purchase class is designed for all current homeowners. Our goal is to help new homeowners navigate the first year, while also providing information on emergency planning and routine home maintenance–valuable knowledge for anyone looking to protect and preserve their home.
This is a two-part class, lasting two hours each. In the first class, we will cover all things financial, including updating your budget and savings plans to include your new expenses, discussing tax benefits, exploring refinancing and home equity loans, and steps to preserve your home.
In our second class, we will focus on home maintenance, including creating a home tool kit and being part of a community. The classes are standalone, but we invite you to join us for both sessions.
