Twilight in Napa - A Four-Course Wine Pairing Experience

A chef-curated tasting journey inspired by the elegance, warmth, and depth of Napa Valley at dusk. Each course is paired intentionally with four iconic California wines.

1st Pairing — Far Niente Chardonnay
• Butter-poached lobster on brioche crostini with lemon butter

2nd Pairing — Cakebread Sauvignon Blanc
• Heirloom tomato salad and Citrus-marinated shrimp

3rd Pairing — Rombauer Zinfandel
• Honey-Chipotle Glazed Jumbo White Shrimp

4th Pairing — Stags’ Leap Cabernet Sauvignon
• Braised short rib, wild mushroom & caramelized onion in puff pastry.
