Have you ever wanted to learn how to do slow stitching but didn’t know where to begin? Shawna can help! In this welcoming, beginner-friendly session, Shawna will guide you step by step as you create your own small stitched intention flag while learning the basics of slow stitching.
You’ll be introduced to simple hand-stitching techniques and shown how to combine fabric, thread, and texture to create a unique little piece of art. Shawna will share tips along the way and support you as you stitch at your own pace, making it a relaxing and enjoyable creative experience.
This workshop is perfect for beginners, anyone looking to try something new, or for a fun outing with a friend. Come spend some time stitching, creating, and enjoying a calm, crafty moment together. By the end, you’ll leave with your own handmade flag and the skills to continue slow stitching at home. No skills needed. All supplies, coffee and tea are provided.
