Join Yogi Jazz for a Heated Vinyasa-style power Flow, suitable for both beginners and seasoned yoga students. This class blends power, strength-building, and deep stretching to move through poses linked by the breath in a faster-paced yoga format. This practice is an energizing total-body experience that ends with a relaxing Savasana, complete with a cold, essential oil-infused towel to cool off with.
