Rest and Reflect: An Eco-Spiritual Retreat with Nature

Spending time in nature can benefit our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. It can also help us connect with God. Connecting with the Divine through nature is often referred to as eco-spirituality. When we develop our relationship with our more-than-human kin, we begin to recognize an interweaving and a Oneness. This gives us an opportunity to remember who we are and our place in this dance of life.

This three-day retreat will include guided sessions in nature as you deeply listen to and connect with the Divine Life within and all around. As we observe the natural world, we can gain insights into our own lives. Come, allow the trees, elements, and wildlife to accompany you as you spend time in gentle reflection. Sessions will include forest bathing, dialoguing with Nature, connecting with the elements and evening circles around the fire.

Retreatants will have the option to tent camp (tents will be available), stay in a shared cabin or in a private room in Woodhaven. Meals will be provided. Feel free to add in the comment section all dietary needs.

All genders are welcome. Retreat House, shared cabin, tent camper and commuter prices are available.
