Join us for an evening of guided breathwork designed to support those navigating grief and loss. Breathwork is an active meditation and healing practice that uses rhythmic breathing to help calm the mind, release emotions, and restore balance.
In this safe, private space, facilitator Helen Buron will guide you through a gentle meditation and a three-part rhythmic breath pattern. This practice allows you to connect with your intuition, release what no longer serves you, and support healing through life’s transitions.
Participants are encouraged to create a quiet, comfortable place to lie down with blankets, pillows, or eye coverings for relaxation.
