Founded by local artist and entrepreneur Nicolina Holt, Gelato Paradiso brings authentic Italian gelato to The Market. Guests can enjoy a wide variety of artisanal flavors—from Sicilian Pistachio and Piemonte Hazelnut Crunch to family favorites like Italian Chocolate Chip (Stracciatella)—along with Italian cookies, pastries, chocolates, and drinks.
