Join us on Saturday, October 11th for our next FREE Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Open Day in Jolly Harbour! Whether you want to give it a try or just watch and learn more, everyone is welcome — no experience necessary! 🙌
🕑 Schedule:
2:00 – 2:30 PM → Welcome & Introduction to Jiu-Jitsu
2:30 – 3:30 PM → Women & Children’s Session
3:30 – 4:30 PM → Men’s Session
4.30-5.30PM → Open Mat
📍 Location: Outside the new gym, Jolly Harbour
✨ What to bring: Just wear shorts and a T-shirt if you’d like to get on the mats. We will have lots of water 💧
