This isn’t just “breathing.” It’s a guided, intentional practice for deep self-exploration and connection.
Our time together begins with an introduction to the breath, followed by shared contemplation and gentle movement to help you arrive in your body and the space. From there, we’ll spend up to an hour lying down, moving through an active breathwork journey and a period of relaxed integration.
This practice can support:
- Releasing tension and stress
- Letting go of old or stuck emotional patterns
- Deepening connection with yourself
- Gaining insight and clarity
- Accessing expanded or altered states of awareness
- Settling into a more relaxed, regulated state
Cost: $40 per person
What to bring:
-Wear comfortable clothing
-A mat, pillow, and one or two blankets
-A water bottle
-A journal, if you have one
For your comfort, we recommend keeping meals light for at least an hour beforehand. Arriving early allows time to settle in, create a cozy space, and complete a waiver.
Please note: this practice can bring up strong emotions, memories, or physical sensations. You are always encouraged to move at your own pace and honor your body’s signals.
