🍞Advanced Sourdough Bread Class🍞- January 28th- 5:30pm-7:30pm

This class is for sourdough enthusiasts that want to learn a little more about the craft! For those who may of taken the beginners class, this is a step up!

Learn hydration calculations, leveled up fermentation targeting, how to bake with different flour types, creative scoring and entry way into freshly milled flour sourdough.

Each participant will need to bring a clear bowl. Participants will be sent home with their own high hydration loaf to bake. Sourdough starter will also be available and apart of the class if anyone needs it!
