Zumba Gold is designed for active older adults and individuals new to fitness who are looking for a modified, low-impact Zumba® class that keeps all the fun and energy of the original — just at a lower intensity! 💃🕺

This easy-to-follow class focuses on balance, range of motion, and coordination — helping you move to the music while improving strength and flexibility. 💪🎶 Come ready to sweat, smile, and leave feeling empowered! ✨
