Helping you to feel courageous, and empowered as you prepare to become a more authentic version of yourself.
Held in the beautiful space at the Lodge at Lakeshore we begin the opening ceremony with sage smudging and protection. Followed by breathwork, a journal prompt and guided meditation. Flowing into a beautiful soundscape from the sound bath. Along with a personalized Bengali Bowl reading. Finally ending with a closing ceremony, tea, and integration time.
Elif an Alternative Holistic Healing & Sound Healing Practitioner will be collaborating with Cami an amazing Spinal Flow Therapist & Sound Healing Practitioner. Together they will create a powerful dual immersive sound bath using multiple instruments adding additional elements of the hand pan and a personalized Bengali bowl reading. Elevating the sounds scape and frequencies being received for all.
The Bengali bowl originated in India, it has been well known for its healing abilities. The beautiful sound is felt in the deep tissues of the body, the frequencies of its sound registers on the mitochondria of cells in the body. Between 60% to 90% of doctors visits do reflect emotional distress. The Bengali bowl can help combat this by promoting two major benefits:
