BDJ Open Classes – Wednesday Evenings

We’re launching a new series of open dance classes on Wednesday evenings.

These sessions are designed for dancers with prior experience. The class will follow a simple, straightforward structure: accessible for lower-intermediate movers, but still satisfying for those with an advanced technical base. Whether you’re brushing up your technique or just want to stay moving mid-week, you’re welcome here.

Classes will be taught by BDJ company dancers, team members, or special guests in town for projects. We are aiming to start primarily with classical ballet technique, but we will also sometimes switch it up and offer a contemporary or improv class instead. These details, along with the schedule of teachers, can be found on our website. Please check before booking.

To keep this project sustainable:

• Classes require a minimum of 4 dancers to be signed up by Monday evening (48 hours in advance) to run.
• If the class doesn’t go ahead, those already booked will be offered a full refund or class credit.
• We will not process requests for refunds or changes within the 48 hour period prior to a class.

This is a pilot—so we’re still ironing out the wrinkles. Your feedback is gold, and your patience is appreciated while we find our groove.
