Being a Parent – 8 Week Programme

Welcome to our Being a Parent event! Join us for this interactive and insightful 8-week programme designed for parents/carers of children aged 2 to 11.

Unlike other programmes, Being a Parent is run by parent volunteers known as Parent Group Leaders, who have first-hand experience of the joys and challenges of being a parent. The course is designed for parents to support and help parents, providing guidance and tips to make family life a little easier.

Whether you're a new parent or have a growing family, this in-person event offers practical tips, support, and a space to share experiences with other parents. Discover new ways to manage children's behaviour in a positive way, handle stress, understand and manage emotions, and much more.

⭐ A free crèche is available, so you can fully take part in the sessions knowing your little ones are being cared for.
