Overdose Awareness 597 Purple Flag Display

The 2nd Annual Overdose Awareness Flag Display ~ August 27-31st 2025

Overdose Awareness Flag Display to be held on the front lawn of the Breathe Salt Room, located at 310 E Tabernacle Street, St. George, Utah 84790. Open to the public from August 27th-August 31st.

Stephanie, creator of the display will be on site August 27th from 6:00-8:00 pm with copies of her late husband's book "Dear Addict” available for purchase.

The display will feature 597 purple flags, each representing a life tragically lost in Utah in 2024 due to an accidental overdose. Your presence helps raise awareness, reduce stigma, and offers hope to those still struggling.
