Why We’re Coming Together
Thousands of individuals worldwide have collectively lost millions of dollars as a result of the actions of Digital Licensing Inc. (DLI). The defendants have shut down every official channel of communication with the community, leaving only a single public Telegram group. In that group, any questions about the software, the future of the projects, or the status of refunds are routinely deleted, and the platform is used to attack and intimidate community members who speak out.
According to court documents posted on the defendants’ public Telegram chat, the defendants have tried to combine many separate claims into a single proceeding, a tactic that hides the scale of the alleged misconduct—stopped rewards, missed airdrops, breached contracts, and complete loss of all assets.
All of the pleadings already filed (original complaints, statements of fact, motions to consolidate, opposition filings, and supporting exhibits) document the extensive harm suffered.
The invitation calls on friends, family, and anyone who values fairness to attend the courtroom and demonstrate that the broader community remains united in seeking accountability for these losses. Let’s support our friends, family, and fellow community members while they attempt to seek justice and accountability for all of us. A quiet, supportive presence will help the judge see the real human impact behind the paperwork and reinforce that the claims represent genuine, individual harms, not a manufactured “group” the defendants hope to dismiss.
