Belly Dancing Class for Adults!

Only $70 for the WHOLE session!

Taught by Joia Lane, this Belly Dance class is an excellent way to use creative self-expression to promote health, encourage self-care, relieve stress, strengthen & tone muscle, & build self-esteem. Each week, students will learn a different skill & explore creating movements while working on technique, posture, flexibility, balance, grace, and building awareness of the mind-body connection. January 7-February 25, 2026.
