All That Remains: Reclaiming Faith after Spiritual Wounds

Have you been hurt by church or know someone who has?

There’s a new support group in St. George called All That Remains: Reclaiming Faith After Spiritual Wounds, created for people healing from religious trauma, spiritual disillusionment, or past experiences that left them feeling shamed, silenced, or spiritually unsettled.

It’s a safe, gentle space to talk about questions of identity, belief, shame, boundaries, and what faith—if any—might look like after hurt. You don’t have to be Christian, or even sure what you believe. You don’t have to talk if you don’t want to. Just come as you are.
