Our in-person childbirth education classes offer a full, comprehensive approach to preparing for birth, postpartum, and early parenthood. This three (3) part series is designed for families who want in-depth education, hands-on learning, and the opportunity to ask questions and process information in a supportive, small-group setting.
Through extended instruction, discussion, and practical demonstrations, families are equipped not only with knowledge, but with confidence, clarity, and peace as they prepare for labor and birth. This option is ideal for parents who want a deeper understanding of birth physiology, informed decision-making, comfort measures, support person involvement, and postpartum preparation.
This in-person series provides the space and time to fully prepare , emotionally, spiritually, and practically, for your birth experience ahead.
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN:
-The basics of labor and its stages so you know what to expect.
-How to overcome fear with faith and practical tools for a calm mindset.
-Simple yet powerful advocacy skills for you and your support person.
-Comfort measures for both natural and medical birth options
-Scripture and biblical encouragement to strengthen your spirit and help your support person(s) participate with confidence.
This in-person childbirth education experience is designed to fully prepare families for birth, not just inform them.
