About this Event

Join us for a gentle yet powerful exploration of pranayama, the ancient yogic art of conscious breath control.


Over three weeks, you’ll be guided through foundational breathing techniques to calm the nervous system, balance energy, and support emotional wellbeing.


Each session will include theory, guided practice, and time for reflection, helping you build confidence and develop a personal breathwork routine. No hype, just the quiet power of breathing well.


Open to all, no prior experience needed. Come as you are, breathe and pause.
