Central MN Women Rising is an inclusive, community-driven group that supports equity, safety, and opportunity for women and gender-expansive people.

UnMuted is our monthly listening sessions that focuses on our core belief that the people closest to the problems are typically the ones who are closest to the solutions. We’re NOT here to talk at you, we want to build with you.

So if you’ve ever felt like no one’s asked what you think or like your voice doesn’t matter, UnMuted is your space to be respected and listened to. We want to hear what’s actually affecting your life and figure out if there is anything we can do about it - together 💜🐦‍🔥

And this month we are pairing our UnMuted event with a 🧸📔🪀Holiday Toy Swap where caregivers can declutter gently used toys, and donate toys to others in the area to help save money and brighten others spirits this holiday season!
