The Throat Chakra Workshop is a return to truth — the place in you that knows what’s real, what’s yours, and what you can no longer hold back.
Within this energy center lives your authentic expression, communication, and the ability to be seen as you truly are. When the throat is constricted, you may find yourself staying quiet to keep the peace, second-guessing what you want to say, or shapeshifting into versions of yourself that feel “acceptable.” You might feel misunderstood — or like you’re constantly translating yourself.
Through your dance, the body is invited to release what has been suppressed or swallowed. As energy begins to move through this center, many people feel a sense of clarity, relief, and liberation — as if something within finally has room to breathe.
