Start of Boot camp

Boot camp is fun, exciting, and yes — it might be a little challenging too! But that’s what makes it so rewarding.

Before you can play, you'll need to build a solid foundation of basic skating skills, along with a strong, focused mind and body.

During boot camp, you'll:

✅ Understand the rules of roller derby
✅ Build strength, endurance, and teamwork
✅ Discover what it means to be part of a derby community

No experience? No problem. We'll teach you everything you need to know to get rolling safely and confidently.
