REGISTRATION FULL: Heartwarming Cooking Demonstration

Eating a diet rich in fruits and vegetables can help protect against heart disease, type 2 diabetes and some cancers.

At this cooking demonstration, CentraCare Heart & Vascular dietitians will showcase some comfort foods with nutritious ingredients that will warm your heart. The dietitians will prepare recipes in front of the group and provide samples.

Recipes:

-Spinach and Berry Salad

-White Bean Tuscan Soup

-Cookie Dough Dip

This event will be held in the Cardiac Rehab Teaching Kitchen at CentraCare Heart & Vascular Center in St. Cloud.
