The Sacral Chakra Workshop is an invitation to soften back into feeling, creativity, and flow.
As the center of emotion, pleasure, and creation, the Sacral chakra governs how freely life moves through you — your ability to feel deeply, express authentically, and allow desire and inspiration to take shape.
When this center is constricted, you may notice emotional numbness or overwhelm, creative blocks, difficulty receiving pleasure, or a sense of being disconnected from your own vitality. This workshop gently restores movement where things have grown rigid or held.
Through embodied dance, the body is invited to remember its natural rhythms. As energy begins to circulate again, emotion is given permission to move, creativity awakens, and a deeper sense of ease and aliveness can return.
This is a sacred descent into the waters of the self — a remembering that you are meant to feel, to create, and to enjoy being alive.
