About the event

Circle of HOPE
what is circle of hope?

Circle of Hope is a 90-minute, donation-based yoga and community practice that weaves together trauma-informed movement, gentle education, supportive reflection, and somatic healing.

It’s a space for remembering, releasing, and reclaiming—through body, breath, and belonging. Whether you're navigating the impact of trauma yourself, walking alongside someone who is, or simply feeling the weight of life and longing for ease, this circle is for you.

what to expect...

Gentle, trauma-informed yoga (accessible to all bodies and levels)

Reflections on trauma, the nervous system, and healing

Optional space for quiet sharing or journaling

Restorative rest and community connection following the practice.

Suggested donation: $20 (Pay what you can, be it less or be it more — no one turned away)

Please dress comfortably, bring water, mat and props/ blocks as needed.

Limited to 20 participants
please message me to reserve your space. Donation accepted at the door.
