Read Yourself Happy with Daisy Buchanan

To conclude our Winter Reads challenge, we are thrilled to announce that award-winning journalist and bestselling author Daisy Buchanan will be joining us at St Albans Library on Thursday 5 March at 7pm to discuss her latest book Read Yourself Happy. Daisy will also be speaking about her personal experience of battling anxiety through her love of books and reading 📚
