Structure: Swiss Rounds and possible Top Cut, depending on attendance

8 players = 3 rounds with no top cut
9-16 Players = 4 rounds with a top 4 cut
17-32 Players = 5 rounds with a top 8 cut

Swiss Rounds: 55 minutes, best-of-three matches
Top Cut Rounds: 70 minutes, best of three game matches
Final Round: Untimed, best of three
