January Sound Bath

Usher in 2026 by setting intentions and taking time to realign yourself with an immersive sound bath. This hour of self-care will leave you feeling grounded, peaceful and re-energized.

The evening will include a relaxing guided meditation followed by soothing, meditative vibrations from many healing instruments such as, crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, buffalo drum, shakers & gong.

Please dress comfortably for the evening.

Remember to bring a mat, blanket, eye pillow, water, & pillow to make yourself cozy and comfortable.

Please arrive a few minutes early to get comfortable and honor the start time.
