Dharma means “the teachings of enlightened beings.” This uplifting meditation class offers an opportunity to contemplate Buddha’s practical wisdom on how to find peace, solve daily problems, and make our life truly meaningful.

Each class focuses on a special presentation of the stages of the path to enlightenment, known as Lamrim, from the book The Mirror of Dharma with Additions. Through internationally renowned meditation master Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s clear instructions and heartfelt advice, we’ll learn how to develop and maintain a peaceful mind in daily life.

Every class includes a short talk, guided meditation, and time for contemplation. Each session is self-contained—join any time!
