General Details:
October 10 is World Mental Health Day! To bring more awareness to mental health issues and celebrate our birthday, we host a 5K running event every year.
Your Two Options
Virtual - By now you're probably familiar with the virtual option! Just choose the Virtual 5K Walk/Run and we'll ship your gear to you starting the last week of September.
In-Person - Back by popular demand, we're offering folks the opportunity to run their 5K distance with a group in select areas around the country! Because we want to focus more on being together and movement for mental health, these in-person gatherings will be a group run and NOT a race. Each group run will have a designated location, route, and start time. That information is available on the in-person events page.

The satisfaction of knowing you're supporting Still I Run's mission to promote the benefits of running for mental health!
While each registration does earn one prize drawing ticket, you can donate for more tickets, which increases your chance to win! Each $5 donation to Still I Run = 1 more prize drawing ticket! (ex. Register yourself + $10 SIR donation = 3 prize drawing tickets)!
