90 minutes — Heated Vinyasa → Non-Heated Yin
Take a moment to slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect with yourself before the season sweeps you away. Return to Light is an invitation to pause, to soften and to come home to your body and your inner knowing.
We’ll begin with a heated vinyasa flow, warming the body from within through intentional movement and breath. This first half of class builds heat, encourages release, and helps clear the physical and energetic weight you’ve been carrying. From there, we ease into cool, grounding yin, settling into longer holds that create space for listening, reflection, and quiet inner awareness.
This practice aligns with the energy of the Winter Solstice—the darkest day of the year and the symbolic return of the sun. It’s a moment of turning inward, releasing the old, and making space for the light that’s beginning to rise again. Through heat and stillness, movement and pause, this class guides you through that shift within yourself.
Please bring:
• Yoga mat
• Towel (for the heated flow)
• Water
• Optional: Journal + pen for reflection during the yin portion
