Aerial Inversion Workshop

Defy gravity, challenge your strength, and discover what's possible when you take your movement off the ground. In this 90-minute aerial inversion workshop, you'll train, sweat, and surprise yourself as you master a range of inversions, transitions, and dynamic shapes in low-hanging silks. Led by Jess Miller - our resident aerial yoga expert with years of experience you'll refine your technique, build core power, and push beyond your comfort zone in a supportive, high energy environment.

Whether you're stepping into the silks for the first time or looking to expand your skill set, this workshop will leave you feeling stronger, bolder, and inspired by what your body can do.
